If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your order UNWORN and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that you have 'Proof of Postage' as Kathrens Rare Knitwear will not be held responsible for any returns lost in transit without this.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and once your return has been received, your purchase will be refunded to the PayPal Account, Card or Bank Account that was used at the time of purchase.
